Shipping & Returns


All orders are processed within 3 business days with the exception of orders placed on weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you your tracking information.



We do not offer refunds at this time for any of our products.

For clothing items, if your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will process your exchange immediately.

For exfoliating gloves or other beauty products, we will only accept a return, exchange, or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 15 days of purchase. No refund will be made for products that have been opened, used, or are returned damaged. If the order is damaged during shipment, please contact us with photos of the damage within 7 days to resolve the issue.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns. For orders that included free shipping, the original cost of shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.
